I went to Hansels Carpets first and they showed me some nice carpet samples. They walked me through a bunch of options. One looked really good, but I could not make up my mind. I looked elsewhere and saw some of the same samples and some not so good. I went back to Hansels and bought that first one. They were very patient with me; absolutely no pressure to sell me something. Plus, the installers were really, really good at what they do. They were fast, clean and did it right the first time. Great all-around experience.

Finished basement renovation and the results are beyond my expectations. A big thank you to Griffith Painting Inc. Hansel's Carpets LLC and Functional Interiors for bringing it to life.

Approximately 12 years ago, Hansel's Carpets replaced our carpet in our family room as well as installed carpet on our entire third floor. We were very pleased with their service back then and decided to go back to them. Due to rehab work in our family room, we needed to replace the entire carpet again. We visited the store and met with Manny and another very friendly member of their staff. They provided us with some carpet samples to compare at home. We made an appt for Manny to come out and measure which he did within the window he had provided. We chose and ordered our carpet and within a few weeks was ready for installation.
