I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the integrity of Hansel’s installers. While they were putting in our carpet they noticed a possible problem with our order. Instead of proceeding without bringing anything to our attention, they pointed out a defect and asked us how we’d like to handle it. Everything was rectified in a very timely fashion and now we’re enjoying our carpet. Thank you Manny, Mitzi, and your workers.
