I want to give a big shout-out to Nick and his team! I've seen the recommendations for Grand Slam Painting and said one of these days. Well, during my kitchen remodel, Grand Slam was recommended AGAIN and I said, you know what, let me call them. Well, that was the BEST decision I made. Not only did Nick come out that day within hours, but he was also professional and told me I would be in good hands. Well, that was an understatement. Nick and his team painted my kitchen cabinets, living room, and dining room. Everything was meticulously done and the compliments I have been getting are amazing. Not sure where to begin with these guys... especially since if you are reading this review you already scrolled through so many GREAT reviews. Nick and his team came into a "half finished" job from my old Contractor and they pretty much treated it like a brand new [from-scratch] project which was the right way to go considering the mess my paint/walls/spackle were in. lets start with Punctuality: The guys started work every morning at exactly 8:00, and if they showed up few minutes prior they would actually wait until 8:00 on the dot to start ringing the bell, walking in, etc. I don't think I have ever had this from any service provider from all the work I had done at my home over the years. Neatness: Everything was covered, taped, masked etc. like you'd expect form professional painters. Bathroom wiped down at the end, light switches scrubbed, etc. Communication and fairness: Nick is super responsive and approachable, answering every text within minutes sometimes. What I liked most is he never dispelled any of my questions or did not address any of my concerns - including touchups after which I did ask for. I look at everything and am all about the details, no stone unturned. The pricing was also more than fair. Results: the paintwork came out very nice and a huge difference. the PREP work alone was a key factor, and turned out to be needing more than originally thought in my space. Only quality materials and product used. There is something to be said for using tradesmen and not "general" people or contractors that do everything.. Grand Slam is AMAZING. I have lived in my house for 25 years and needless to say have had many contractors/painters come and go. Nick and his team are unparalleled. Professional, immaculate and meticulous! Incredible job! What more do you need in a painting company?
