I’ve been going here on and off for a few years and it’s always a great experience! The staff is polite and welcoming, and the classes are fun! I personally have done the step aerobics and my daughter is in the hip hop class, and we both love it!

I went here for the first time today for the hip hop step class and it was awesome!!! The instructor is great and the rest of the ladies were wonderful!! It feels good to have a place that promotes sisterhood and wellness. Had tons of fun while working up a sweat lol. My only complaint is I didn’t know about this studio sooner.

Been apart of the virtual membership/community since March 2021 and I can definitely say this was one of the best decisions I made. I love this community and the women involved in making this health and wellness journey a super positive one. Even though I’m a virtual member it’s still very inclusive. Everyone is super easy to reach via email or Instagram (which I love) and they express their support constantly. The quality of information, workouts & explanations definitely display a level of professionalism I admire & appreciate. Workouts are top notch. Shelly & Zip got me working… ok!
