“My cat was terrified of the crate and I was very emotional seeing him so scared. I went in there a mess because of it and the staff and vet were very kind and gentle with our boy, and me! The vet came out to the car to look at him first when I told him I was scared to bring him in, and they gave us a delectables treat to give him when we left. She listened to our concerns and was very helpful and welcoming to our dog. The doctor was exceptional. She explained everything in great detail and gave us options for care. Everyone spent time and gave us a lot of valuable info on our dogs' treatment and care. I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but this place was exceptional over the top.
