They do a really good job on shape and I'm satisfied with the quality of the work each time I leave. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. Beti and Nayeli kill it everytime, the best with shape. Only salon I'll go to these days.
I want this to be my new nail salon, but they have no concept of time. Today was my 3rd time visiting. Each time I call ahead to request an appointment. Each time I've had to wait at least 1 hour to the serviced. It's incredibly frustrating because I can just walk in to wait 1hour +. THERE IS NO BENEFIT when calling ahead. Veronica the owner is really sweet, but it's distracting when getting her for your appointment as she gets so many questions and has to greet everyone coming in. She often stops and interrupts the appointment. One thing I've noticed they use too much sculpting gel where it stings more than normal. I've gotten gel for over 10 years at other salons and it isn't noticeably painful. I was also concerned about that for long term visits. They do decent work but need a dedicated receptionist who can run the salon better.
