Alex from Pugliese Pool Service was incredible to work with on redoing our inground pool. He was a wealth of knowledge and quickly diagnosed the issues we were having—cracks in the tile line, loose and broken coping tiles, hollow spots and multiple calcium deposits in the pool.
As new pool owners, my husband and I had no background on the pool, only that more tiles seemed to pop off each year. A friend recommended Alex to us, and we’re so grateful they did. He was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked us through every step of the process.
He explained the pros and cons of different coping tile options and communicated clearly at each phase of the renovation. The pool turned out beautifully, and we are so thankful to Alex and the entire team at Pugliese Pool Service!

Reviews
We've been working with Alex Donadio and his team since we bought a house with a pool in 2021. My husband and I had zero experience with pools and had a lot to learn. Over the years, Alex has patiently and thoroughly educated us on all the ins and outs of pool maintenance and ownership. He's a true industry expert with decades of experience and knowledge. I'm still learning, but would have been lost without him. He also did a complete gut renovation of our 30 year old gunite pool and patio, which was in bad shape when we purchased it. Now it's beautiful and brand new and most importantly, works efficiently! Cannot recommend Alex and his team enough.
Alex Donadio and the rest of the staff at Pugliese are top notch!! They took over this year for another pool company and correctly diagnosed and fixed a leak in our spa that other pool companies tried to fix for 2 years. They also fixed a defunct pump and everything is running smoothly. Everyone at the company is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.
