It was such a pleasure to meet with doctor Patel for the first time. She listens and gives her full attention to your concerns. She tells you the truth and what to expect. I'm glad I went there. I left there feeling 200% hopeful.Thank you Dr Patel!

It is a shame what has happened to Omni Eye service! There is no service!! The Drs are excellent! Especially, mine Dr Shabaht! However, it's impossible to get a message through to the Drs! This morning, (since no one called me back yesterday)! I said I needed an appointment! I wanted an appointment just so I could speak to Dr Shabaht! I guess they will pick up if you want an appointment!!! The receptionist said "you were just here" I said I'm making an appointment because I can't speak to my Dr otherwise! She put me through and my question was answered! To be out on hold, leave messages, leave phone numbers is absurd! The new owners have started policies that might help them but not the patience!!

The staff was polite. It was easy to get an appointment. The facility was clean. The Dr. was very down to earth and explained everything to me in a way I could understand him.I do have to say the parking wasn't that great.
