About Oak Tree
Oak Tree is a nail salon known for its gel pedicures and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the cozy and well-lit atmosphere, with many praising the thoroughness and care taken during treatments. However, the salon has received mixed reviews regarding service consistency. While some visits result in excellent spa pedicures with enjoyable massages, others have reported rushed services that do not meet expectations, leading to disappointment. Additionally, there are concerns about outdated sterilization techniques for tools, as the salon does not use disposable items or proper lining in pedicure bowls. Overall, Oak Tree has the potential to offer great experiences, but it may need to address service quality and hygiene practices to ensure a consistently positive experience for all clients.
I found this nail salon on ClassPass and used credits to get a gel pedicure. A regular gel pedicure here costs $45. I noticed on their price list that their nail services are kind of limited so be mindful of that. The salon is a bit small but well lit and still spacious. Everyone was nice and friendly. The woman who did my gel pedicure was very focused and really did a good job on the application. She massaged my legs and feet so much that they felt wonderful afterward. She really took her time and made sure it was done perfectly. I took off some stars because I realized their sterile techniques with their tools are a bit dated. When you go to salons now, most establishments use disposable tools for one-time use and have lining in their pedicure bowls that they remove after every customer. Oak tree did not do that. I think they should probably look into changing that just for health reasons.
I've went there twice but didn't like the service and I kind of look young so when I walk-in they assumed I fit the profile ? not really funny but I just find it amusing knowing I'm a great tipper
So I’m only writing this review because I hope It’ll cause them to upkeep their quality services. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years for their spa pedicures; usually, they’re absolutely amazing! However, this past time wasn’t so good. The woman was rushed and didn’t give me the services and massage that normally accompanies a spa pedicure. It’s even more frustrating because I paid 65 plus a tip. They say one bad experience shouldn’t deter you from a business but I’m unsure about wasting 65+ again. Hopefully this will cause them to ensure everyone has the same trialing so there’s no lapse in service.Services: Foot massages
