We just completed a home inspection with Tom and he is great! Very detailed and patient, and you can walk around the house with him as he's doing the inspection and he will explain the various things to you - how the mechanicals are setup, what needs to be maintained, different vents etc. Its a great way to also learn more about the new home. We would highly recommend Tom for his friendly demeanor and high level of professionalism.
We just had an excellent experience with Tom. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the inspection as he patiently explained everything that he was doing. He entertained any and all questions and freely dispensed valuable advice vital for any homeowner to know. The inspection was conducted in the afternoon, and we received the inspection report promptly the next morning. In our instance, some of the issues he raised needed to be remedied by the seller in the days following the inspection. We sent him pics of these remedies, which he graciously reviewed and for which he even provided further advice in how to further improve the remedy measures....read full review
Tom and IHI were outstanding at every step of the process. He was extremely patient, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the inspection, taking the time to document any issues, and also to explain how the systems of the house worked. I can't recommend Tom & IHI highly enough.
