I'll start by saying that this is a beautiful, clean salon with kind and knowledgeable stylists/staff. Also, I was pleased with my results the first visit, and the style lasted for four days. Sadly, this second visit was disappointing.I assume the cleansing, conditioning and treatment processes & products were the same, and I was under the dryer for a long time. The flatwist setting seemed the same, except this time large barrel rods were used on all my ends (and it was explained why). But a different product appeared to be used for the final setting, so could be that. Spent several months searching for a natural hair salon that could do something with my teen son's hair, whichbis thick, course, dry, and was damaged. I booked an appt w/Kizzy and she was a LIFE SAVER. She instructed him on how to care for his hair, did an amazing job detangling and deep conditioning. He left the salon with a great twist out and his hear looked healthy. He will be back at least monthly for maintenance.

I learned so much about my hair with Kizzy, even when I thought repairing my hair would nearly impossible. I also received a cut that looks so good and I am really happy with the results. I would recommended this salon to any Black person who wants to begin the curl journey!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
