I was very hopeful for this dry cleaner because they are always so busy. They didn’t listen to my requests to help me get stains out of my husband’s suits. When I unpacked all of the suits after pickup, they still had the stains. They also didn’t press the collars down. They stick straight out from the neck. The only thing they did listen and do was tighten loose buttons. I paid a lot of money thinking they would help be with these stains and instead they are still stained and pressed improperly.
Riverwalk Cleaner offers fantastic service! The staff was efficient, professional, and attentive, which made the entire experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish.
What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. My clothes came back looking excellent, and they even went above and beyond by sewing buttons back onto items without me having to ask. I also really appreciated the convenience of their home delivery service and the reusable bag they provided for future drop-offs.
It is rare to find a business that combines quality, convenience, and genuine customer care so seamlessly. Highly recommend!
Great service and quality every time. The staff are friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. I’ve brought in everything from everyday clothes to more delicate items, and everything has always come back looking clean, fresh, and perfectly pressed. Turnaround time is quick and the prices are fair. It’s clear they really care about doing things right. Definitely one of the most reliable dry cleaners I’ve used.
