Such an awesome place! Took our members there as a field trip and Coach Luis was fantastic in helping set us all up as well as helping our members understand the basics needed to have a great workout!
Success ! ?? CKO is the best! I have always reached my goal weight & body with CKO! This is my second time around with my weight loss journey and I went from 250 lbs to 166 lbs in 5 months still going strong without CKO I wouldn't be able to achieve that! Consistency is KEY!
