Been going to Frank since I was a Teenager and am Now 43 yes old. Amazing guy, always great conversation, rather than awkward silence. While Not compromising or sacrificing the Quality of cut that you receive... Again, I cannot give anymore stars because there aren't any lol 10000% recommend New Focus... And to Mr Frank, thank you for the Manyyy years of service to others and great haircuts I've gotten from you. Whether it's was for a job interview or a special date etc, ya Never let me down. After years of paying a fortune for a haircut and receiving mediocre results.. I finally found Frank at New Focus. Frank is meticulous and most importantly consistent. I highly recommend Frank if you’re as particular as i am lol

My husband and grandson have been going here for about a yea and I started going there this March. My grandson LOVES Jade! Anyone with young children knows how difficult it is to find someone that is Calm, Patient, gentle, friendly and comforting while cutting little one's hair. Jade is all of those AND more! He trusts her and that can be a huge hurdle sometimes. My husband enjoys seeing Babe and Frank and has established a great repore' with both of them. Heather has a bright smile and helpful manner. They all are really very welcoming. My experience has been great and I'm so pleased with their service!
