M&B Septic is a terrific, responsive and very knowledgeable company. We had a terrible emergency where the septic was backing up into the utility sink of the house. After our previous septic service (John Matthes) didn't help us, I called M&B. They immediately got us on the schedule and sent help within hours. Leo was very knowledgeable and found the problem of a clogged pipe and filter. No pumping was necessary and he had the system running in no time. Leo also gave me better maintenance instructions for the future. The bill was a lot less than I expected and they did not charge me for an emergency service as the other company was planning to. After needing a septic repair last minute to meet a closing date, M & B were super accommodating ensuring I met my deadline. Jenna was so helpful, professional, and patient with my many phone calls.
I had M&B come out and do several different services for me. Leo and Jerry came out to pump my tanks and install risers onto them for me. They explained everything thoroughly and educated me along the way about septics. I needed that because I am brand new to Sussex County and learning about them. The next day, Sean and Jerry came back to replace portions of pipe that needed attention in my system. They too were professional, courteous, attentive, and explained everything as they went along. I felt the fees were reasonable and the service was excellent. I will be calling them back and recommending them to others.
