Carl is excellent. He is the only good left with Sears. He repaired my dishwasher. On another note, I’ve been waiting one year to have my refrigerator returned and replaced and they keep putting me off telling me they no longer have a contract with Costco and so on and on it goes where you wait on the line all day long to get nowhere. So my technician was wonderful but Sears is horrible. What a shame I’ve been contracted with them for 40 years!

Jim is absolutely amazing! I have had the same problem from the time I purchased my refrigerator in 2019! Multiple technicians have attempted to correct the problem. Jim was the only one to notice a missing tube inside the refrigerator door. if you could request a specific technician, I would only request Jim in the future! He’s quick, thorough, skilled and personable! Jim deserves more than five stars!
