Very rude employees that don't do their job. I was looking for a new microwave and I asked for an employee for help and I got no response. The second time I asked it was a different employee but they said "I don't care, find it yourself. I don't work here" when clearly she was wearing the Home Depot's work clothes. Home Depot should be more wise of who they choose to be their employees.
Their service was very bad and i needed help with something so i went up to an employee and they told me that they don't care and they don't work for that department. Their selections were very limited. I came in looking for a certain pattern of carpet and they only had about 5 choices available out of the 20. They act like they do not value their costumers. -1 customer, will be going to lowe's instead.
We went to Dawn, the kitchen designer, at this store, and we cannot say enough about how amazing she is. We weren't sure we were going to order our cabinets from Home Depot, but after working with Dawn, we were certain. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
