Dr. Kristen Nortwich made what seemed like an overwhelming decision surprisingly easy. She patiently explained the differences between several premium hearing aid brands without ever pushing me toward one over another. I had a great experience at the West Long Branch office for having my hearing test done. Upon scheduling my appointment it was very easy to fill out my info/history on-line to simplify process when I arrived. Karyn was friendly/personable in getting me signed in as well as when I was leaving. My audiologist, Dr. Kristen Nortwich was Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly and pleasant to speak with. Dr. Nortwich executed the test in a very detailed manner, taking the time to explain what was being done and why, which eased my mind. I felt completely at ease with Dr. Tara & her instructions to use a hearing aid. It was scary at first but she took me through it with no problem. I would certainly recommend Dr. Tara Mango & her office to anyone with a hearing problem. Bianca Kellam
