Would recommend his tile work to anyone. He also repaired termite damage to the floor and walls. Replaced the subfloor and reinforced the studs in the wall. Love my new bathroom.“

In our current home, which we built 12 years ago, Rich Siminski remodeling is the main reason our house turned out as beautiful as it did. As he was responsible for 99% of all the woodworking and moldings and trim, and gave us many many ideas. My wife and I have actually become friends with him and to this day not only do we know each other, but as recently as one week ago, my front door which are double doors, shifted just a bit and that day when I called him, whatever he was doing he came over to our home repaired the problem immediately and did not even charge us. I only mention the fact that he did not even charge us, because in no way am I insinuating that he is the cheapest person you’ll ever find to do work for you. When the gentleman came to measure I was told this sink would not work , and had to return for $60.00 , and then purchased one from Bedrock . Be careful when choosing an outside sink .Other than that it was a good experience.“

“There are not enough kind words for this company and its owners. We were struck fairly bad by Sandy (our house remained but we had significant damage to both stories to our house due to our roof coming off). We received a couple of quotes from contractors and that is when we met the father son duo of Jerry and Jerry.They were incredibly kind and empathetic to the situation we were found in. From moment one we knew that these were the people we wanted to fix our house. We were not knowledgeable at all when it came to fixing a house and we asked A LOT of questions. At all different levels of anxiety and each and every question was answered quickly and in simple language.When we constantly changed plans on them with a different idea we saw from a home show, they advised us of what would be needed and if we agreed on the price, it was done. Once they got to work, they never stopped until the job was done. Their prices were extremely fair and their work was incredible.Being out of the house, we could not wait until the very end and have the “tv show” moment of walking in when it was complete. However, the transformation from the house being almost destroyed to what they transformed it to was incredible.
