I highly recommend Reiki My Yoga. I live out of state and always schedule a visit with Sae for one of her Sound Bath Meditation sessions while I am in South Jersey. I've gone to other sessions in other places and they just don't equate. I find Sae's Sound Bath Sessions to be very soothing as she leads a guided meditation joined with the healing vibrations of the large variety of singing bowls, bells, flutes, and other calming sound waves. Visiting the Reiki My Yoga studio is a great way to center yourself, heal, and recharge your energy. <3
