I’m currently sitting with 4 unanswered emails in my outbox sent to Justin from Burlington Floor Covering. His communication was lacking from the start, usually requiring repeat prompting to get answers. He never even communicated to us when his team got measurements on our house- we had to ask if it ever happened. I understand and this is fine on occasion as people get busy, but it was every time. Eventually, he decided to stop answering all together. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

Samples were delivered promptly, but after that all communication broke down with the one representative I was working with. Responses came after days and then weeks and then they just stopped responding entirely and I never received a quote for floor installation. Waste of time and effort.
