Dr. Kimmelman and Jennifer were awesome!! I brought my two cats to get shots and they even examined and looked them over a little. My boy cat Mylo was so scared but they made him feel so comfortable and were so sweet to both my cats and recommended some things to put in my new apartment. I even noticed when I got in the car she put a nice comment to hope my move is easy. They went above and beyond! The place was so clean and they made it fast and easy! I will definitely be returning to them and fully recommend them! ??
At the time I have given a 3 star review many years ago, I was just upset and should of slept on my thoughts. Dr. Polo is top notch! He takes his time, always and treats ALL my pets like they are his own. We all make mistakes, and as you can see I'm still with the practice MANY years later
The hospital fit me in same-day and I only waited a bit when I got there (doubly amazing during Covid). Dr. Polo is extremely thorough and makes sure you feel confident in the treatment option you pick. It is clear that he is both knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Berlin Township Animal Hospital!
