Today a contractor came over to fix the seal of the silicon that was starting to peel off. For some reason Bath Fitter has a hard time coming down to Salinas. CA as it took three times before they showed up today. He was very nice but I unloaded on him about how dissatisfy i was with he service and was hoping to do my other bathroom but having second thoughts. Diego stated that he would share my concerns with his team. After talking with them he said they are going to make it right as some of the first and second, mind you this is the third time I. Have had someone come to my house to fix an issues first time was the install. Diego stated someone will call and fix the curtain rod and soap holder as well as move my curtain rod out as the last guy who put it in pit it too far in and the last person Luis who installed it said if you put it out further it will leak water……Diego thought that wasn’t a good answer as that what the liner is for to hold the water in/. Will see if Bath Fitter follow through before I make another financial derision with them.
