Y-By Inc. is known for a good experience, even last minute. When a machine break down occurred, someone arrived the second you call and fixed tracks that popped off. The place is not the easiest to get in and out of, but prices on rentals are good. A tree chipper rented for a weekend cost only a few dollars more than a day at big store and was worth it. If you name it, chances are you can rent it; picking up/dropping off is breeze. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The company offers quality, reliable equipment and outstanding customer service and is recommended.
Rented mini skid steer (dingo) and plate compactor. Significantly cheaper than big box store. I turned the dingo too sharp and belt fell off track on one side. An employee was at my house within 10 mins to fix, and I was right back to work within 5 minutes. Friendly folks, highly recommend.
I came to rent a stump grinder and realized my trailer gate came unhinged. The team at y by literally found a pin for me on site and welded it at no extra charge. When I tried to pay the guys they refused to take payment! I am so grateful that these guys helped me out! Y by is the best and I will be sending all my business to them!
My boyfriend and I came here to rent a jackhammer and they were incredibly kind. They've been completely understanding of us extending the rental time over the phone and that alone deserves 5 stars. The equipment runs perfectly and is well cared for.
