This was my first time at this nail salon. It was very clean, the staff was very knowledgeable in the things I wanted, and my nails came out exactly how I wanted. I’m not a huge fan of cuticle cutting, but if they do it I usually don’t mind. I think it was done a bit too much for my liking. But other than that everything was perfect. Rachel is very fast! I was in and out in about 30minutes.
While the nail techs are wonderful (Michelle, my fave is gone) the owner is what keeps me from going there anymore. Last time I was there for service, she was not at the salon and took the AC remote with her (weird) and expected me (and her employees!) to have a manicure and pedicure in 86 degree weather "with the door open" cause she did not want to come back to turn on the AC #strangerthings
I had to wait a bit, even though I had an appointment. But the ladies were super considerate and apologetic about the wait. I wanted an intricate design that most studios refused to do on my natural nails. AYS, however, was willing to try it out and they came out amazing. Not only did I get the design I wanted, but I also felt comfortable and welcomed in the store.
