Stay away! This practice is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. And especially avoid Fiorella Arthur. In 2019 I came to her with severe back and thigh pain and without any diagnostics she claimed its a muscle spasm. I said it may be a potential herniated disc and I would like imaging and she said No. Well the next day my ortho doc confirmed that it was a disc issue. Last week I saw her again for a Lyme dx. I also asked to have my blood drawn for a penicillin allergen test. She insisted that there is no such blood test. I insisted there is. and showed her proof. She was caught and back peddled " Oh ok. Well we don't do it here." Then my blood work came back for thyroid testing which we never discussed, but no Lyme test was ordered! So I had to come back! I insisted that I should not be charged for this draw, and Meghan the office manager basically tried shutting me up saying I need to take it up with patient relations. She never even apologized and was beyond rude. This is not how you treat patients and deliver "healthcare". NEVER SETTING FOOT there again.

Unfortunately, they do not seem like they know what they are doing in terms of pediatrics. I cannot speak to how they work in other areas, but I can say they gave me the scare of my life when they told me they did not mix a shot for my son properly. Basically, they did not put the correct combination into the syringe and my son ended up getting a shot of saline. This was handled very poorly, and I really wasn't given an explanation. I would not trust them for anything related to children. Very disappointed and very disturbing.
