Redeemed their stars because of the young lady, Sam who checked me out. Incredibly kind and patient. However the older, shorter woman with burgundy hair was unbelievably rude upon greeting me a minute after walking into the store. I just asked her if she could tell me if the product I was about to purchase “was a tester or used in any way” and she responds, “whyyy would you think that??!!” Like as if I just asked the most bizarre and ridiculous question ever.
Yesterday afternoon, my daughter and I went to Ulta to get a lesson, and products, for me. My son's wedding is in a few weeks and my daughter is going to do my makeup. We had the immense pleasure of working with Tori in the Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, NJ store. First of all she is absolutely delightful. It is quickly evident how much Tori is knowledgeable on the vast amount of options that are in the store. She quickly understands what is best for the client based on age, skin type, and event.
