The Tile Shop, founded in 1985, is dedicated to inspiring home decor ideas and enhancing beauty in both indoor and outdoor spaces. With over 100 stores, it offers a wide selection of high-quality tile products, including porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine, and natural stones. Customers have praised the exceptional service provided by team members, particularly Rachmire at the Wayne store. She has been recognized for her thorough communication, knowledge, and ability to understand customer needs. Rachmire has helped clients find the perfect tiles for their projects, including bathroom renovations and kitchen backsplashes, often going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Her proactive approach and partnership in the design process have left a lasting impression on customers, making The Tile Shop a highly recommended destination for tile needs.
The Tile Shop has a wide range of choices to accommodate anyone’s taste. Because of that, you need someone who can help you narrow down selections so you can make the right decisions. Thankfully, we met Ken Borchardt! He helped us pick out tile for all of the bathrooms in our new house. He was very knowledgeable of the store’s inventory and gave us several solutions for each bathroom at various price points. Everything has been installed and we love what we picked out. Thank you Tile Store and thank you Ken Borchardt!

I am giving J.P five stars! When tiles that I purchased in April were misplaced, J.P was the only person from that location who worked quickly to find my same tiles! He was also the only person to show empathy about my situation. I called multiple times trying to find a solution and J.P took care of me within days when others never followed up on the return calls they promised to make. If you do choose the Tile Shop in Wayne, please ask for J.P!! He is the best!!
