They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone’s cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. While everyone at The Pool Boss was great to work with, knowledgeable, responsive and supportive, we especially appreciate Michael’s guidance through the design phase, Matt and Dan who took us the rest of the way and Tribeca Masonry who The Pool Boss had install all the hardscaping.
