If you want to deal with a tree company that has integrity and will actually do the right thing, then definitely keep looking for another tree service. These clowns were cutting a large tree at my next door neighbors house. First off no one gave me any notice that this was happening so I never had the chance to cover my koi pond or my pool. My experience started with an estimate given by Rich. He was very thorough and gave great information of what should be done with four different trees . He told me it would take about a week and a half before he could get to me And he was right on time.. I was told the crew would be there around noon On the day they were scheduled and they were right on time. The crew he sent were very courteous and willing to Please. They took their time and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this tree service for anything you need done.
