Ideavillage Products Corporation sells products like razors. A customer found a razor to be a sorry piece of junk that broke quickly despite a large price. However, another interaction with a professional staff member was wonderful. That person was kind, considerate, and a paramount professional who resolved an issue quickly. They represent Ideavillage extremely well, leading to a recommendation to friends and family.
I received the Helio Air Broom and it is not easy to put together for a 68 year old woman. It did not come with the dust pan nor the mini as advertised. I DO LIKE the way it sweeps but would really like to have the dust pan.
Lives are filled with success, sadness, accomplishments and failures. I find that I measure my life with accumulating more ups than downs….
I recently interacted with a simply wonderful person, who listened and understood who I was and my frustration. For me, last week was definitely a win!

The Review on the "MICROTOUCH TITANIUM TRIM", had to be revised due to my error. If you watch the Amazon.com Video on How to Assemble and Use the Product, this is actually a Great Product. We used it on the Kids and my Older Son uses it to keep their Hair Trimmed around the Ears. Saving Haircuts Cost only needing a Haircut Every 3 Months for the Top of His Head. He can now Trim the Back and on the Sides.The only thing we consider Improper is the Website SurveyMonkey Address to make a Comment on the Product.
