Been with this guy for a year and a half almost. I’m prescribed meds that I deem lifesaving. Insurance is billed out at full in person appt cost of approx 400$. Each visit lasts approx 3.5-4minutes. No therapy. Just med maintenance. I was laid off and was left with a short lapse of insurance before I found another position. Asked the assistants if they could work with me one time on payment before my new benefits kicked in. After a year and half of monthly appointments, zero balance , while being on meds that can’t be abruptly stopped I was told that they make no exceptions and doctor could not help until I paid full appt fee. extremely poor communication. unable to get meds days after my intake session. despite multiple attempts to reach the provider and his assistants i was left with no response. horrible. now im left to find another provider and start the process all over again.
