Constructive to the rescue! On July 30, after living in my new condo for a few days, my upstairs neighbor had an unfortunate accident and flooded my condo. It was completely ruined. I was devastated. Thankfully, I heard of Constructive Building and Remodeling from a family friend, and within a few days, Albert and Patricia were on-site ready to help. They were ready to help and very professional. Albert and Patricia worked very hard on an amazing building plan and helped every step of the way with insurance, which is overwhelming. From start to finish, their work and the men that work for them was excellent and very professional. They were by my side during the whole rebuild and were there at a moment’s notice if I needed them. They care about their customers and do everything to please them. They go above and beyond. Two of their main workers, Brett and Rich, made me feel calm and hopeful as they meticulously did their work. My hope and excitement began to build when I first saw Sheetrock up. And then it only continued to the amazing finished product. They listened and respected my design choices, and gave support when needed. Thanks to them, I now have a little slice of heaven. - Lindsay
