Absolutely atrocious communication and customer service. I made an appointment days in advance to have the seamstress alter my dress. I show up, and I was told she left an hour ago. So the man at the counter offered to take the measurements for me and pin the dress. After I get changed, he told me I needed to come back to have her check before she could do the work. So what was the point of that? She’s only there 10-2 and I work. I told him I would try and come back and he insisted on keeping the dress. I said I would prefer to take it with me. I would give zero stars if I could. Beware of Bon Organic Cleaners in Preakness shopping center in Wayne. When I picked up my dress (worn once) they had the stain faced away from me. Grabbed my clothes and didn’t notice it until I took it out of my car at home. Went back and they said it wasn’t like that when they gave it to me. It’s freshly wet coffee. I don’t even drink coffee. They said if I have a problem then take them to court. That was their only solution. $200 dress ruined!!!!

Left a pair of pants to have waistband taken in one inch. Came on designated day to pick up. Alteration had not been done. Man at counter said "We can't do it." To which I replied: "You said you could." "Well, we can't," he said. " So were you lying or what? Why did you keep my pants for a week? You should have called me when you decided you couldn't do a simple alteration," I said. Guy started shouting. DO NOT try to have alterations done here.Service: Alterations
