We were referred to Dr Inga and I cannot thank her enough for taking her time to explain to us our pups (Bart) skin and ear infections issues. She explained some pros and cons with the previous treatment that was administered to Barty and other options we had available. Thank you so much for not making us feel rushed especially on a day where you had many pup patients waiting! Taking the time to explain options without feeling rushed
This was our first visit, having been referred by our primary Veterinarian to seek assistance with our dog's chronic allergy issues. The front desk staff was welcoming and cordial, as was the Technician who assisted us. Both the waiting and examination rooms were immaculate. Dr. Bowden was very cordial and proposed a game plan to work on a solution to our dog's issue. We will return in six weeks for a follow up and look forward to working with this practice going forward.
Dr. Inga is always knowledgeable, communicative, supportive, and I feel like she loves my dog :) The front desk staff and the techs are also ace. They give Wilbur their undivided love and attention for his in-between appointments. When I have to refill his Rx or food, they respond within minutes and are super communicative through text. They are EVERYTHING I want in a vet clinic, from the front desk staff to the doctor herself!!!
