Today my bf went in to see if he could get his glasses fixed he’s been needing to fix them for the past months and we decided to check out this location in route 22. He has no insurance and yet they we’re able to get them fixed in an instant. great customer service thank you, sir with the glasses, couldn’t catch your name but truly a blessing. Great environment.

They hired a new woman I’m not familiar with, but the level of professionalism was not where it should be. I was disappointed and turned off with how she spoke to me. She also seemed confused and jittery. I have nothing negative to say about any of the other staff that have been there for years.

I wish I could give this place more stars but I really can't. I had the first appointment at 10 am and the doctor came in late. Then she took another customer before me. She finally noticed that she had a quick appointment with me, took me inside the room to realize we didn't even need to do anything. But it's whatever, the thing that irritates me the most is that I'm having glasses done. They told me one week and supposedly it was scratched when the order came. So they have to re-order now. So ridiculous... not sure why it take weeks for my stuff to come in... I don't think I'll continue with this vision center. The staff does not seem like they care about the clients. It's just in and out; all about the money.
