Tried to schedule for an eye exam for contacts ant the watchung nj location and was told even with insurance there’s a fee. Also, since this will be my first time wearing contacts there is a $75 charge for them to show me how to out in contacts. I explained that I don’t need instructions but was told that fee is mandatory. Absolutely insane and they are robbing the people in the community. I told them I will go somewhere that’s honest and trustworthy.

They hired a new woman I’m not familiar with, but the level of professionalism was not where it should be. I was disappointed and turned off with how she spoke to me. She also seemed confused and jittery. I have nothing negative to say about any of the other staff that have been there for years.

The optician was extremely unprofessional and very rude to me upon even walking up to the register. Would not come back as I left being disrespected and without the service I was requesting.
