I have been a client of Pure Energy Fitness for over 10 years. It has changed my life! Over the years, I've taken countless classes and have never been disappointed. The variety of workouts keeps it interesting and challenging and the results won't disappoint. In addition to group classes, I have also done some private and semi-private training, which I also highly recommend. Christine and the other trainers are top notch, and as a nice bonus, I have made some great friends too!

I have been working out with Christine and her other trainers for many years and have stayed motivated. Christine makes it easy. She is creative in her approach to group fitness programs and makes them fun and challenging for all levels of fitness. Her facility is amazing; lots of equipment, VERY clean. The people that work there and attend are all friendly and inviting. Christine also goes above and beyond and brings her members information and resources on nutrition, clothing and other health and wellness needs.
