We enjoyed the experience of building our new home with the Distinctive Domain Team! They have done an amazing job with every aspect and our home looks beautiful and everything we imagined it would be!
They were extremely professional and responsive to all our needs and provided valuable advice along the entire process when we needed it! We would highly recommend them!
This is what a white-glove premium experience should look and feel like. From start to finish, the entire Distinctive Domain team told us what to expect next, delivered on promises, and in cases where there were delays caused by external factors, provided us full transparency. It felt like a full-service team from architecture to design to project management to delivery, with a personal touch throughout. My family is extremely pleased with the final product, and equally appreciative of the journey made easier by DD. Special thanks to Jim, Pati, Dan and Jim (not a repeat).
Distinctive Domain is a dream team. We initially were looking at a lot DD had for sale. While that didn’t work out, we let DD know we loved their work and wanted them to build our home. DD stuck with us throughout the process of searching for another lot. Jim even went out of his way to check out a couple different lots we found.
The build/design process was flawless. It’s amazing to have a one stop shop that covers everything from finances, to architectural design, to construction, and interior/exterior design. Jim, Dan, Owen, and Pati were honest, organized, attentive to our tastes, and helpful providing guidance for each decision we had to make.
