BJJ is helping my son to build focus and self-discipline. Coach Pat has high but achievable expectations. He treats every child as if they are his own, and I can see that he wants them to grow their martial arts skills and succeed. Try a demo class.
Coach Pat and his team have done a great job over the years teaching my kids the fundamentals of jujitsu. It has been fun to watch them grow and improve their skills. He’s tough on them but also fair. He doesn’t reward anyone just for showing up or paying like the silly taekwondo places. You have to earn your stripes and work hard and focus. It gives kids great confidence to know they can hold their own and do challenging things. We are grateful to be part of this gym.
A smaller gym with a big focus on quality. The owner Pat is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely wants everyone to succeed. The coaches are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. It's a safe, welcoming space for adults of any skill level. The kids' program is both challenging and rewarding, producing skilled, confident students. Highly recommend!
