DO NOT GO TO WARREN NJ!! The front desk staff is rude when you are there in person; they act as if you are bothering them. They sit there talking to each other without addressing while ignoring the patient. If you call, they are even more rude; it's all good while making your appointment, but if you call back with a question, no one can help. Completely unprofessional!! My husband got a call for a biopsy result, and tried to call back 3 times, still with no response. Trying again today for results. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I would stay clear. literally the WORST service I have ever experienced. the front desk and nurses have a terrible attitude problem and i'm not really sure why they feel the need to project their issues onto the patients being seen here, but it is completely unacceptable and extremely inappropriate. I have not even once felt comfortable going here. although the doctor was decent (I say this even though my acne got worse after being seen here), this place is such a scam. every time I went and would pay a $50 fee in person and then they would later bombard me with emails and mail to AGAIN pay this $50. when I called to remedy this, they just made excuses without even apologizing for this... read full review

It's hard to find a doctor that's not only good, but has a good bedside manner. Doctor Phu has been helping me for about 8 years now and has helped me with several issues. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciate. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health, rather than the most profitable option.
