“This Spring, we embarked on our first ever renovation, a floor-to-ceiling kitchen renovation. Our contractor recommended Global Cabinets and Rick Dultz, with whom they had been doing business for years. We visited Rick at his showroom in Warren, where he gave us the Cook’s tour and cabinets 101. We were satisfied that we had landed in the right place and decided to purchase our cabinets from Global.
Rick provided helpful guidance in choosing our cabinets and patiently and promptly answered our many questions about both the cabinets and the hardware. He also provided recommendations concerning the range hood and the built in microwave, which we gladly accepted.
The timeline he provided from ordering to delivery was spot-on, and our contractor was able to pretty much stay on schedule.
The result was all that we could hope for. The cost was fair and the cabinets, in a maple toffee stain with crown molding and brushed oil rubbed bronze handles, are just beautiful. Furthermore, Rick is a pleasure to deal with. He stands behind what he sells and is honest and transparent. We would be happy to work with him on future projects, and recommend him highly to others.”
