“I got tattooed by Nancy this past Monday. This was my first tattoo at Ink & Ivy. My tattoo turned out amazing! Nancy is great to work with and is an awesome artist. Given your extensive history of posting negative reviews for other businesses, it's difficult to gauge the validity of this complaint. A direct call to the owner would have been a more respectful and productive way to share your feedback. I'm sure they would have been willing to listen and improve based on your insights.

Being a customer that day it appeared that the overwhelming turnout required them to adapt a process to maintain order and give the artists a manageable workflow.

The list was not created mid-day this is false!! The list was intended to be a fairer solution. I am not sure why the rest of us understood the directions but you did not...

The team appeared to be operating under immense pressure, and while their focus was on managing a very challenging situation, it is unfortunate you perceived it as dismissive.
