“I met Joe around 30 years ago in Bloomingdale, he did my first tattoo. Fast forward to today, I’m running out of canvas for him, what an amazing artist. Sometimes I just go to hang out and chat with him and add a little more ink, what an awesome dude!! I’m not big on writing reviews and this might be the second one I’ve ever written in life but this guy is so worth it. He has tattooed my daughter recently, he has such a soft touch when tattooing, my daughter loves him and can’t wait to get more.“
