Sean and his team were incredible from start to finish! We've have a tremendous amount of rain recently and my newly purchased home had water pouring in through the basement walls and standing water everywhere. Sean came the same day that I contacted him and his team started that week! They were punctual and polite, and worked well with other contractors that I had at the house. The picture speaks for itself. My basement used to be a place that I avoided at all costs. And now it is so nice that I think I might keep my paddle boards down there!
We had our main beam supports replaced and a vapor barrier, an upgraded sump pump, wall insulation and a dehumidifier installed. Our basement is 2/3 crawlspace. From the initial visit to the site cleanup, Sean and his team were prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. With the exception of the day that the insulation was screwed to the walls, we did not even hear them working. The work was reasonably priced. The job even received compliments from our town building inspector.
Sean arrived exactly when he said he would to give us an idea of what work needed to be done to waterproof our basement. He was honest about what we needed and his prices were very fair. We needed less work than expected to fix the problem. His expertise and honest assessment saved us a bundle and avoided the huge headache of tearing things up. He installed our new pump the next day and it’s such a relief. We don’t have to worry about the old one failing anymore, and this one still works even if the power goes out.
