“I’ve been going to Dr. Saggal for a couple years now. Overall my back is in good shape, but at times I may develop a stiff neck from sleeping wrong or something else from exercising. Every time I’ve gone to him, I’ve experienced immediate relief. Additionally he will recommend other stretching to do at home. He comes across as highly competent professional, and genuine; he wants to help, and isn’t trying to make me come back to the office a million times for unnecessary adjustments (I’ve experienced that before, so really appreciate his honesty).
