Alyssa the store manager is so sweet! I called about an online pick up order issue that wasn’t even for this store and she was so helpful!! I didn’t get the answers I needed from my location, but she definitely gave me all of the answers I was looking for and was so patient and kind! Much appreciated :)

Kris (the salon manager) assisted me today with finding a product to enhance my natural curls in addition to discussing skincare for my entire family including my husband and I. We did not beforehand that you have to use products in order of thickness. Hopefully these new product reduce my husband's acne, Kris says she uses them herself and her skin looks great! To be honest, the entire staff treated me amazing and assisted me with my many questions (I'm not a makeup/skincare girly). It was nice to actually not be treated like a criminal for once with suspicion like most stores nowadays, I usually opt to shop online especially after bad service from Gap where I was followed...read full review

If you ever go to Ulta ask for Mikey… not only did he help me find the most slay foundation by Estée Lauder, he made me feel comfortable & not as clueless as I felt. 10/10 awesome vibes ?♥️
