The installation was quick and top notch. However, I have not noticed a significant difference in our electric bill between the solar bill and the electric bill. I don't think we have saved even $10 a month so far compared to what we used in electric before. The salesman made it sound like we would save A LOT of money by going solar. In the 2 months we have it so far, very little difference!! We are disappointed to say the least!!
Evelyn Lomas is extremely knowledgeable about Trinity’s solar products. She spent a few hours with us explaining the process and continues to stay in touch. I highly recommend Evelyn and the Trinity family.
The installers were professional and respectful of our time and worked according to our plans. So far we are extremely satisfied. Our system has not been activated yet however we anticipate great customer service when that happens.
Trinity Solar and Christine Schwindt did an excellent job helping us transition to solar power. Christine was extremely knowledgeable about the product/process and walked us through each step. She also responded quickly if we had any additional questions. The installation team was professional and worked quickly, wearing shoe covers whenever they came into the house. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
