Had a boiler installed and very happy with the outcome. All around great service from everyone involved. The inside office staff was on point…. Joe, Joe P, Mike, and Tom gave me a very fair price. The install crew Roland and Garret could not have done better they were neat and clean and very respectful of my property. Thanks to everyone involved.

Just want say thank you to the Rostron company. We had an hvac need that needed to be dealt with asap, and their team member came right over to help us! Also, he told us we actually don’t need the service we thought we did, and he didn’t charge us a dime for the consult and advice. He spent a lot of time looking at our system, and we are just so grateful for their professionalism and honesty. We will definitely be using them for all of our future HVAC needs. Thank you again!

When our heat stopped working on the morning 1/6/26, I called Rostron Premium Home Services to see if they could send someone out to diagnose and fix the problem. The house was pretty chilly, and I was afraid that we would be heatless for an extended time period. Within an hour of my call, technician Joe B. was at my door. He checked out our gas furnace and quickly determined that a part (the igniter) had failed and the furnace was unable function. Fortunately, Joe had the necessary replacement part on his truck, and he was able to make the repairs. Soon, our heat was up and running.
