Patricia Kavouras - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
“We met Patty at an open house. We really didn't know what we were looking for, nor were certain we were ready to move. Patty was happy to keep in touch for over a year, with no pressure, and kept us informed as to houses newly on the market that might fit us. When we got serious, we were very picky about the perfect house we needed.Patty showed us many homes and kept track of our likes and dislikes over time. She called us immediately as our dream house came up on the market and helped us through every step of the buying process. We highly recommend Patty as hard working, honest and knowledgeable. We would happily use her again.”
